Brand Information
Brand information determines 'on whose behalf' and 'in what tone' your assistant speaks. Configured correctly, answers become not only accurate but also distinctly yours and consistent.
Company Profile
Basic information such as your company name, what it does, its industry and a short description. The assistant uses this context to introduce itself correctly and approach questions from your company's perspective.
Entered at setup, updated later
You enter some of this during the setup wizard at sign-up. You can update it anytime from AI Training β Brand Information.
Brand Voice (Tone)
Determines the assistant's conversational style. Choosing a tone that fits your brand directly affects the customer experience:
- Formal / professional: A corporate, measured language (e.g. finance, legal, B2B).
- Friendly / casual: A warm, everyday language (e.g. e-commerce, cafΓ©s, retail).
- Technical / informative: A clear, detail-oriented language (e.g. SaaS, engineering).
Tone doesn't replace content
Brand voice determines how things are said; your knowledge base determines what is said. Configure both together: the right information + the right tone = a strong assistant.
Tips for Consistency
- Clarify a few key values or principles that define your brand.
- If there are phrases to avoid (competitor names, specific promises), state them in the knowledge base.
- If you offer multilingual support, make sure the tone feels similar across all languages.
