Appointments

With HaveAI's built-in appointment system you define your services, working hours and rules; when a customer finalizes an appointment during a conversation, the assistant writes it to your calendar automatically.

How It Works

1

Mark your services

Mark entries in your Products & Services catalog as "bookable" and set their duration. You can also create industry-appropriate sample services with one click.

2

Configure the rules

Each service supports duration, before/after buffers, earliest/latest booking window, capacity and a daily cap. Enter your working hours in Settings.

3

Let the AI book

When a customer finalizes service + date + time in a conversation, the assistant creates the appointment automatically. It arrives as "pending" by default; you can enable auto-confirmation.

Calendar and List Views

The Appointments tab offers calendar (month/week/day) and list views. Each appointment is colored by service and status (confirmed, pending, cancelled); a badge shows whether it was created by the AI or manually. When adding manually, the slot picker only shows times that satisfy your rules.

Industry-Aware Terminology

The screen adapts to your industry: hotels see "Reservation/Room", restaurants see "Table", clinics see "Appointment".

The availability engine works both ways

Rules apply to manual entries and AI-created appointments alike β€” the assistant cannot book into an occupied slot or a day that reached capacity.
