Reports & Data Export

The Reports tab does two jobs: generating instant reports from your real data, and exporting your raw data (messages, customers, FAQs, training content) in the format you need.

Report Types

• Performance report: AI performance, response times and success rates.
• Message analysis: incoming/outgoing message statistics and trends.
• Customer report: customer segmentation and activity analysis.
• Sentiment analysis: satisfaction and sentiment trends.
• Knowledge base analysis: FAQ usage and gaps.
• Comparison report: compares the current period with the previous one.

Generated reports can be previewed in the panel and downloaded as PDF or JSON.

Data Export

From the Export sub-tab you can download message history, customer lists, analytics data, FAQs and training content in CSV, Excel or JSON. A complete GDPR-compliant data package (all of your data in one archive) is also available here.
