AI Behavior & Response Settings

Beyond content, you also control how the assistant speaks. All behavior settings live in AI Training β†’ Brand Information: speaking style, tone, response language and custom instructions.

Speaking Style and Tone

You make two separate choices in Brand Information:

  • Speaking style: formal, professional, friendly or casual β€” sets the assistant's overall register.
  • Tone: helpful, enthusiastic, direct or empathetic β€” sets the assistant's attitude.

A law firm might choose "formal + direct", while a cafΓ© might prefer "casual + enthusiastic".

Response Language

Choose the assistant's default response language (Turkish, English, Russian, Uzbek). The assistant also adapts to the customer's language β€” it can reply in the language the customer writes in.

Custom Instructions

Beyond the presets, you can give the assistant free-text behavior instructions. Examples:

  • "After a customer asks about a product, briefly suggest compatible products."
  • "Always mention the current campaign when answering price questions."
  • "Keep replies to three sentences at most."

Clear instructions, good results

Write instructions as separate, explicit sentences. Concrete rules like "End every reply by addressing the customer by name" work far better than vague ones like "be polite".

Where Are the Safety Rules?

What the assistant should not do (no price commitments, no competitor talk, no requests for sensitive data) is managed separately, in the Safety Settings section of the AI Performance & Safety tab.

The AI model

HaveAI runs on Google Gemini and automatically manages the best model for you β€” there is no model selection to worry about.

Test Your Changes

Try the effect of behavior changes in the AI Test screen before they reach customers.
