AI Training — Overview

HaveAI uses the information you save about your business when answering customer questions. By adding frequently asked questions, your products and services, your working conditions and other business information, you can help your assistant give more relevant and consistent answers.

How Does the Assistant Use Your Information?

When a customer asks a question, HaveAI uses the relevant business information for the answer. Semantic search helps find suitable information by looking at the meaning of the question, not just its words. This approach is called RAG.

Some content is split into small pieces and converted into a numeric representation so it can be used in search. This process is called embedding. You do not have to manage these technical operations during use.

You can add information directly, or import it by reviewing the records prepared from documents and web pages. Uploading a document or crawling a page does not complete the training process on its own. You need to check the prepared content and save the parts you want to use.

Brand information and behavior settings determine on whose behalf and in what style the assistant speaks.

Documents and web pages are used to import information. The records prepared from these sources are saved as FAQ, product and service, free-form information or brand information, according to your choice.

Recommended Starting Order

1

Enter brand information

Describe your company name, industry and what it does. Choose the assistant's speaking style and tone.
2

Add core information

Prepare the most common questions as FAQs. Add other explanations to the Free-form Information section. If you have ready documents or a website, use them; check the imported content before saving.
3

Define products and services

Fill in the name, description, price and other fields suitable for your business.
4

Test the answers

Try questions your real customers might ask on the AI Test screen. Edit the information behind missing or wrong answers.
5

Keep information up to date

Review the needs in the Knowledge Gaps section. Update the relevant records when prices, campaigns and conditions change.

If you use more than one assistant

On screens with an assistant selector, check that the correct assistant is selected before adding information.

How to Prepare Good Training Content

Clear, current and consistent information makes it easier for the assistant to answer correctly. Dedicate each record to a specific topic. Instead of repeating the same price or rule in many places, keep the relevant record up to date. If a changed piece of information also appears in other records, check those too.

FAQ and free-form information complement each other. Use FAQ for short, direct question-answers; use free-form information to explain a process or conditions. You do not need to add the same content to both sections.

AI Behavior

Alongside business information, you can also set the assistant's speaking style, tone, default language and custom instructions. For these settings, see the AI Behavior & Response Settings page.
